A Delicious Strawberry Protein Shake to Make

A strawberry protein shake you’ll love.

I know it’s not summer, but why not freshen up with a delicious organic strawberry protein shake, full of protein and essential vitamins?

As a matter of fact, protein shakes are great for workouts and can help you to recover more quickly as they contain valuable fat-soluble vitamins and healthy carbs.

It’s a great shake for everyone and you can mix and match according to your own personal taste or intoleranes.

For example, if you have a dairy-intolerance, you can switch out the raw milk and cream with coconut milk and coconut cream. Enjoy!


3/4 cup organic milk or coconut milk
2 tablespoons raw cream or coconut cream
1 cup organic strawberries
1/4 teaspoon organic honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
2 organic egg yolks (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It’s ready to drink.
